Miguel is the maintenance and grounds man for one of the river resorts. Living on property and on the riverbank, the couple escaped with only their lives. Both remain working at their pre-flood employment; however, they must replace work vehicles and equipment as well as their personal belongings. As with others in the building trades, Gladden the Heart provided a grant to assist in vehicle and equipment replacement.
